Cancellations and Refunds

At Zealify, we strive to offer you the finest essential oils and wellness products, delivered with care. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review the following policy.

🛑 Order Cancellations
  • Before Shipping:
    You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • After Shipping:
    Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return or replacement if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
🔄 Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Product
  2. Wrong Item Received
  3. Product Defect

To be eligible for a return/replacement:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share unboxing video or clear images showing the issue.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement for the damaged/incorrect item
  • Or a full refund if the product is out of stock

Note: We do not accept returns for personal preference, change of mind, or used/opened items.

💸 Refunds
  • Refunds are processed only if the return request is approved.
  • Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI, as shared by the customer.
❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used/opened essential oils
  • Items without original packaging
  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items
